WHAT WE ARE
We provide a service of which we offer video game tournament news, videos, pictures and podcasts.
VISITOR INFORMATION
We keep statistics on visitors (hit counts and unique visitors) through Site Meter (www.sitemeter.com). Although Site Meter also gives us information on locations of users and ip addresses, we at Get Your Tournament have no use for it. We will not share personal information regarding other people's computer usage.
This Web site, as of Jan. 26, 2007, is available free of charge. All podcasts, video clips, and written stories are available free of charge.
MULTIMEDIA
Users of the Web site are allowed to link to stories. However, users are not allowed to post a link to another Web site and say it is sponsored by Get Your Tournament or http://www.getyourtournament.com, or anything of the like.
More than 50 percent of a story cannot be copied and posted on another site or publication without prior consent.
Videos provided by Get Your Tournament cannot be posted on any other multimedia site (YouTube, GoogleVideo, etc.). Unless indicated, all videos will be shown on Get Your Tournament and it secondary page, http://www.youtube.com/getyourtournament.
If we believe that videos exclusive to Get Your Tournament are being downloaded, said video will be taken off the Web site immediately.
Get Your Tournament is not responsible for what you do, see, buy, etc., when you visit a third-party site by way of clicking a link on our site.
OTHER
We are not responsible for any injuries created by the use of the Web site, www.getyourtournament.com, and its sublinks.
In other cases, users may be asked to agree on other rulings before using some content on the Web site. That information will be made available before the user is allowed to view, use or obtain the content.
