Wiis, Brawl needed for A.V.C tournament
Tournament organizers for the Antelope Valley College "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" competition are asking the community to bring Nintendo Wiis and copies of the game for use.

The tournament is scheduled for 3 p.m. on July 10 at the college, 3041 West Avenue K, Lancaster.
There's an incentive for bringing a Wii and Brawl: the first 11 people to bring both will receive free entry into the tournament.
Registration is $5 for the singles tournament, $10 per team for the team competition.
The tournament rules will be the standard ruleset created by the Smash community, which means there will be no items or smash balls in play.
However, players will have the option of using the Brawl version of Pokemon Stadium, a controversial stage because of the alternate fields that come into play, such as the "Wind" field, where characters float more than normal.
